Turkey Chili

A healthy variation on an old favorite."


1 tbs. Cooking Oil
1 1/4 lbs. Ground Turkey (1 pkg)
1 1/2 cups Chopped Onions
1 cup Green Pepper / Chopped
2 cloves Garlic / Chopped
1 can [14oz.] Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp. ea. Dried Oregano & Basil
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbs. Chili Powder
1 can 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
Ground Cayenne Pepper to taste
1 can Kidney beans/ drained


Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add turkey, onion, garlic & green pepper.

Cook until turkey is no longer pink [drain liquid]

Add all other ingredients except the kidney beans.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes; add kidney beans and cook 5 minutes longer.
