Crouton ChickenUser Submitted Recipe
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 bag or box of seasoned croutons
4 sandwich-sized slices of swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In 8x8 pyrex dish, place diced chicken. Top with slices of swiss cheese, so chicken is covered completely. Spread soup over cheese to edges of dish, then top with croutons. For crunchier croutons, bake 45 minutes uncovered. For less crunchy croutons, cover dish with tinfoil and bake 45 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
