Chicken Rice Dish

This dish is great for a main course, healthy, and not hard to make. This has been one of my favorite dishes to eat as a child. I hope you enjoy this tasty meal. Your family will love it."


2 chicken breasts
2 heads of broccoli
1 cup of baby carrots
half cup of wild rice
2 cups of brown rice
3 garlic cloves
2 cubes of chicken bullion
half teaspoon of garlic salt
1- 10 3/4 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1- 10 3/4 oz cream of chicken.


Boil chicken breasts for 30 mins until cooked all the way through. Cool and chop chicken in to cubed pieces. Mix wild and brown rice together. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add rice and bullion, cook for 45 mins until wild rice starts to break open. Chop broccoli and baby carrots in to small 2 inch pieces. Dice garlic. Mix rice, chicken, broccoli, carrots, garlic, and 2 cans of soup together in large bowl. Sprinkle garlic salt over mixture. Pour into large 9x13 oven baking dish and cook at 375 degrees for 25 minuets. Let cool for five mins. then ready to serve.
