Grampi's Cheddar SpaghettiUser Submitted Recipe
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
16 oz can whole tomatoes, drain juice (freeze in ice cube tray and use later to cool soup)
1 clove garlic chopped
oregano to taste
olive oil to coat bottom of sauce pan
sautee garlic and oregano in olive oil in sauce pan, Puree tomatoes and add to spices. Boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add cheese, stirring well until cheese melts. Serve over capellini or spaghetti. May add more cheese to taste.
