2 lbs. of ground sirloin 1 l rg. onion Worcestershire sauce, 1 can of cream and 1 can of sweet corn 4 lbs. Idaho or Yukon gold potatoes Italian bread crumbs, Onion powder parsley flakes and paprika.
In a large skillet pour 1/4 quarter cup of Olive oil in frying pan and heat on med. high heat while dicing up 1 large onion,fry,then add ground sirloin and sprinkle generously with Worcestershire sauce and brown. Season hamburg with ground pepper and salt to taste. Strain and put in large pyrex mixing bowl. Put a can of drained sweet corn evenly over hamburg and add a can of cream corn, set aside. In a separate bowl mash potatoes with a stick of butter,milk,1/4 cup of bread crumbs mrs. dash onion powder parsley flakes,paprika,and add to hamburg and corn mixture cover the surface with bread crumbs a 4 1/4 sticks of butter to brown. Put in preheated oven at 350% degrees, for 1 hour, let stand for 5 minuets, then serve.
