Chicken SaladCuisinart Original Recipe
1 ounce red onion (optional)
2 ounces celery, peeled and cut into
16 ounces poached chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1⁄4 cup plus 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Place onion and celery in work bowl fitted with metal chopping blade. Pulse ingredients 10 to 15 times to finely chop. Scrape work bowl and add chicken. Pulse about 5 times to chop. Use pulse to add in the mayonnaise as well as achieving desired consistency. Season to taste.
