Black Bean Burrito Bowl

Easy lunch"

Ingredients

1 15 oz can low sodium black beans
1/4 cup frozen corn
1/4 mild pico de gallo
1/2 large or 1 small avocado
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 sour cream


Instructions

Heat black beans and corn in a small pot on the stove or in the microwave. Remove from heat and mix in pico de gallo. Top with cheese, avocado, and sour cream. Enjoy!
