A great way to hide healthy spinach without compromising taste!
1 cup of fresh spinach (loosely packed)
1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
Add egg and spinach into a blender or or small food processor (I use my SmartPower Deluxe Duet Blender/Food Processor). Puree until smooth. Add olive oil or butter to a non-stick frying pan and cook until through. Set aside to cool a bit, then serve this yummy treat to your little one!
NOTE: Once cooked, this can also be pureed with a little bit of milk (breast, formula, cow or soy) for babies who still need food pureed. Enjoy!
