Mini Maple Muffins

A delicious breakfast treat, that can be eaten for breakfast or an after school/ work snack. "

Ingredients

3 cups of white flour
1 1/4 cup of pure honey
1 1/2 cups of natural maple syrup
2 large eggs
1/2 cups of soft margarine
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda


Instructions

Preheat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until the mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into a mini muffin mold. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
