mini breakfast pizza


mini cheese pizza

Ingredients

pizza dough
1 1/2-cup white bread flour
¼ tsp salt
1tsp sugar or honey
2tbsp olive oil
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1tsp dry rosemary

Topping

1 cup left over meat or chicken
½ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup goat cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese
Fresh herb for garnish


Instructions

Method:

Take a large mixing bowl add yeast , sugar and ½ cup warm water.
Mix and set the mixture in warm place for 15 minutes or until frothy.
Add flour salt,dry rosemary and mixing with wooden spoon just to combine,
Knead the dough for 5 minutes or until smooth.
Cover the dough with 2 tbsp oil and cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 45 minutes.
Divide the dough in to equal small balls.
Roll in to small circle and arrange them in muffin tins then spread tomato sauce then meat follow by cheese's and bake it preheated oven 350oF for 15 to 20 minutes or until done
