Hot Corn Dip


2 11-oz. cans Mexicorn, drained
2 4.5 oz. cans chopped green chiles, drained
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
corn or tortilla chips for dipping


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9x2-inch casserole dish. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except for chips until fully combined. Spread mixture in prepared pan and bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until bubbly around edges. Serve warm with chips.
