2 cans of pineapple chunks drained and squeeze out extra moisture from chunks
1/2 cup sugar
Put chunks on non stick covered cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes
In Cuisinart blender put pineapple juice to equal 1/2 cup, add 1 cup plain yogurt and sugar, process until smooth.
Serve roasted fruit with dip.
About 200 per serving
