User Submitted Recipe
“
Warm and yummy corn dip and not bad for you!"
Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can white corn (drained)
1 (15 oz) can yellow corn (drained)
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with Chili Peppers (drained)
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, diced and softened
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium baking dish, mix white corn, yellow corn, diced tomatoes with green chili peppers, cream cheese, chili powder, garlic powder.
Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes or until hot bubbly
I sometimes double this and make it in a crock pot. You can make it the night before, heated it for about 2 hours turned it off and then reheat it.
