This is an absolute hit every time. You have sweet, spicy, and crunchy all in one family pleasing appetizer. This can also be served as a meal!"


1 large store bought flatbread
1/2 cup scallions
1/2 cup Thai Peanut Sauce
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 cups shredded roast chicken
1/2 cups chopped peanuts
1/2 cup choppped red bell pepper
2 cups mozzerella cheese


spread peanut sauce on flatbread
spread shredded chicken on next
layer veggies over all
cover with mozzerella cheese
Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes
scatter with chopped nuts and cut into small squares.
