Egg Yolk Omelet


2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons vegetable purée


Heat a small skillet over medium low heat. Stir yolks together and add them to
the skillet. Allow to cook until the yolk is completely cooked through.
Place cooked yolk and vegetable puree in the work bowl of Cuisinart® food processor fitted with the metal chopping blade. Process until desired consistency is achieved – for the smoothest consistency add breast milk or formula.
