Funky Swedish ChickenUser Submitted Recipe
4 large chicken breast bone in & skin
1 Cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup.
a small jar of dried beef.
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
apple smoked lean bacon
Pepper to taste/NO SALT.
Mix the soups together with 1/2 can of water.
Layer in the bottom of a 13x9 casserole dish: A layer of the dried beef--abotut 8 peices. Place chicken breast up over the beef. Pour the soup mixutre over the top. Place the bacon strips closely together over the whole top.
Bake for 1hr at 350 degrees or until chicken is done.
Serve over white rice.
**Low cal version: boneless skinless breast. Low fat soups, and turkey bacon.
