Chicken Cordon Bleu


4 chicken breasts
4 ham slices
4 slices of baby Swiss
1Tb butter
1 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
3 cups white wine
1 packet Knorr homestyle chicken stock concentrate
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Garnish: parsley and a dash of paprika


Butterfly chicken breast and stuff with ham and Swiss roll. Coat in flour and paprika mixture. Brown in pan with butter. Mix wine and chicken stock concentrate. Pour wine mixture into the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer for 15-20 mins or until chicken is done. Remove fully cooked chicken breasts. Turn heat to medium-high and whisk in heavy whipping cream. Sauté until sauce thickens. Pour sauce over chicken breasts and garnish with parsley and paprika
