Chicken Casserole


8 lbs. Chicken boiled and deboned
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz. container sour cream
2 cups egg noodles cooked
1 pack of ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick of butter


Combine soup and sour cream until well blended. Then add chicken. Place in oven at 350°:F for thirty minutes. Melt butter. Add crushed up ritz. Add noodles to chicken mixture. Then top with ritz mixture. Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes until ritz mixture is lightly brown.
