Beer BratsUser Submitted Recipe
2 cans domestic beer
2 peeled chopped green apple
2 peeled chopped sweet onion
1 pkg or more Johnsonville Brats
1/2 block of Velveeta
In large soup pot: pour in beer, add chopped apples and onions and brats - simmer all for at least an hour. Meanwhile, slowly melt Velveeta in small slow cooker (gravy size). Once cheese is melted, add 2 or 3 ladles of beer, onion and apple mixture. Serve brats on rolls and cheesy mixture on top!
