Patagonian-style Baked Crab Pot

A delicious and hearty seafood dish -- perfect on a cold or rainy day

Ingredients

2 lbs crab meat (spider/king crab meat works best)
1 onion
3 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 cup tomato purée
1 cup cream
salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Julienne the onion. Sauté the onions in the butter. Mix in the crab, salt & pepper, cream, tomato and ketchup. Simmer over low heat for 7 minutes.
