Patagonian-style Baked Crab PotUser Submitted Recipe
2 lbs crab meat (spider/king crab meat works best)
3 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 cup tomato purée
1 cup cream
salt and pepper to taste
Julienne the onion. Sauté the onions in the butter. Mix in the crab, salt & pepper, cream, tomato and ketchup. Simmer over low heat for 7 minutes.
