Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs of chicken thighs(about 6 pcs)

Extra crispy chicken coating

1 - 0.7 pack of Italian dressing

1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs

1 tspn of seasoned salt

1 tspn of black pepper

1 tspn of paprika

1/2 tspn of cayenne

1 Tspn of oregano

2 eggs

Instructions

Mix the crispy chicken coating mix, the breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, Italian dressing, pepper, paprika, cayenne & oregano in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the 2 eggs. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture and then into the coating mixture. Place the chicken pieces on a greased pan. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350° until inside temp of chicken is 165°. Enjoy.
