Ingredients
1 rack pork spareribs
Spice rub (like Smokin' Guns Sweet Heat)
Vinegar Sauce (like Blues Hog Tennessee Red)
BBQ Sauce (like Blues Hog Original)
Instructions
Cut ribs St Louis style. Peel off membrane. Rub both sides with spice rub. Place on 275 - 300 degree smoker with your choice of wood chips for 3 hours. Wrap in double foil bone side up, pouring vinegar sauce over ribs. Cook 2 hours in foil. Remove from foil & place on smoker for 1 hour, saucing last 30 minutes.
