Yummy Ribs

Very tender and flavorful. Precooking ensures the meat is done without drying it out on the grill. Be careful not to burn them!

Ingredients

Rack of pork ribs
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic (or more)


Instructions

Combine the ingredients (except ribs) and use either method below:
Method 1- Cut ribs into 2 rib sections. Boil for approx 45 min. Marinade ribs for 8-24 hours and then grill until brown, brushing with marinade.
Method 2- Cut ribs into portions and marinade for 8-24 hrs. Bake at 325F for approx 1 1/2 hrs (wrapped in tin foil). Finish ribs on grill until brown, brushing with marinade.
