1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup spicy teriyake sauce
1/4 liquid smoke hickory
1/2 tsp ginger
2 1" thick pork chops
Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place chops into plastic bag and pour mixture over. Marinate up to 10 hours. Cook over medium high heat for 15 minutes a side. Serve with sweet potato fries.
