Chicken in Cream


Two Chicken breasts
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Chopped Shallots
Heavy Cream 1/2 Cup
1/4 Chix Stock
1/4 white Wine


Sautee Chicken breast on both sides, do not cook fully add shalots and mushroons , white wine ,chix stock let reduce with the chicken breast. Take cooked chicken out add heavy cream and reduce till thick add the chicken and season to taste.
