1 can whole kernel corn, incl. juice
1 can pinto beans, incl. juice
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotele tomatoes, hot
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
1 lb. Velveeta, chunked up
Place all in crockpot or pot on stove, set on LOW for however long it takes to melt cheese. When good and hot, add 1 c. sour cream before serving.
