Salsa Turkey Medley


Zesty Salsa Turkey Medley
“ Low fat versatile zesty mixture that can be easily elaborated on by adding your other favorite flavors (cheese, beans, cilantro) Serve on tortillas or plain. "

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 onion diced
1-2 sweet peppers diced
2 cups cooked rice
2 16 oz jars of Herdez Salsa (casera medium)


Instructions

Brown turkey with onion adding the peppers when the meat is nearly browned.
Prepare rice and add salsa.
Drain turkey mixture and combine with rice and salsa.
Serve warm.
