Flank Steak Spedini
User Submitted RecipeEasy and elegant main dish
“
This is a very easy but elegant Beef main dish I often make for dinner guests. The quantities of all ingredients can be modified to taste."
Ingredients
Flank steak, run through cubing machine (It will look somewhat like an accordion)
Italian salad dressing
Seasoned bread crumbs
Grated parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Lay flank steak on flat surface.
Liberally brush both sides of meat with italian salad dressing, stretching meat slightly on each side.
Spread layer of bread crumbs over salad dressing on one side of meat.
Cover the bread crumbs with parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over cheese.
Starting on the long side, roll up meat, jelly roll style.
Place meat on broiler pan, seam side down.
Garnish top with additional chopped parsley.
Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour or to desired doneness.
Slice into 1 inch rolls to serve.
