Chile Chicken over Asparagus


1(pkg)Broccoli Soup mix
3/4 Greek yogurt
3/4 water, 2 tbsp water
1(can) Green Chiles
2 lb boneless chicken
1 lb Asparagus
2 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tbsp canola oil


Coat chicken with creole seasoning. Place chicken in hot oiled pan, cook until golden on both sides. place asparagus in pan with chicken and 2 tbsp of water, cover and let simmer for 4-5 mins or until tender. In saucepan combine water, yogurt, and broccoli soup mix and bring to a boil. Add can of green chiles, stir until thickened. Top chicken and Asparagus with sauce mixture and serve.
