Spagehetti Sauce with Italian SausageUser Submitted Recipe
1 lb. Mild Italian Bulk Sausage
2-15 oz. Cans Tomato Sauce
2- 6 oz. Cans Tomato Paste
1 Tbs Basil
1 Tbs. Oregano
1 Tbs. Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Onion
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Brown bulk sausage in a skillet with a little olive oil to keep from sticking. Drain off any grease once the meat is browned.
Add meat and all other ingredients to a crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours or simmer on top of stove for 1 1/2-2 hours. The water is just rinsing out the cans and adding to the sauce.
Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
