Old Time Maryland Crabmeat Stuffed Shrimp

Broiled Stuffed Shrimp with Crabmeat
The crabmeat stuffing in this recipe is very light and airy. Full of fresh delicious crabmeat flavor."


1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Fresh Squeezed lemon
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 tablespoon Baking Soda
1 Beaten Egg
2 slices White American Bread (CUT CRUST OFF) moistened Slightly with a bit of water
1 16 ounce can of Back Fin Crab Meat
2 tablespoons Melted Butter

12 cleaned ( leave tails on) (in a pound) Butterfly open with tails up in the air for stuffing.


Preheat oven on broil.

Cooking Directions:
In a large bowl , mix together the above ingredients except the shrimp. On a broiling pan lay out the butterfly shrimp. Stuff the raw shrimp. Broil for 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
Keep an eye on them, they broil very quickly.
