Blend of the Bayou


1 stick butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 small can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can white crab meat
1 pound shrimp or craw fish
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated


Sauté onion, bell pepper and celery in butter. Add next 7 ingredients; top with grated cheese. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.
