Smokey Swiss Burger

Liquid smoke is the only way to get that smokey outdoor grill flavor."
Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbls Worcestershire sauce
2 tbls steak sauce
1 tbls liquid smoke
1 1/2 teas. salt
1 teas black pepper
1 teas red pepper
1 small onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
12 slices of Swiss cheese
Instructions
Place all ingredients but meat and breadcrumbs into blender and liquify. Pour liquid into breadcrumbs and let it be absorbed into the crumbs then fold into meat. Form into 12 patties and broil under high broiler until just turning dark brown. Flip burgers and broil again. Top with Swiss cheese and serve.
