14 ounces green chili peppers -- miild, canned (2 - 7oz cans)
16 ounces Mexican Four Cheese 2% -- shredded
1 cup Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute -- (or egg whites)
1 cup skim milk
3 Tablespoons flour
8 ounces tomato sauce
8 ounces salsa -- jar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 9 x 13 " pan with Pam
Spread half of the whole chilies in a single layer on the bottom of the pan.
Layer half of the cheese on top. Repeat
Mix egg substitute, milk, and flour and pour over chilies and cheese.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Mix tomato sauce and salsa and pour over the casserole.
Bake an additional 20 minutes
Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting into 8 pieces.
