On the Griddle
1 lb 90 percent lean hamburger
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup chopped onion
lettuce, tomato, cheese and Vidalia Onion
Mix all ingredients in bowl, form to 3/4" thick patties.
Grill on Cuisinart Griddler set on high for 5 minutes or until medium-rare. Top with sliced cheese, Vidalia onion and lettuce/tomato if desired. Serve on whole wheat burger bun.
