Home made flank steak fajitas on the grill

Ingredients

1 Lime squeezed
2 tbs Chili Powder
1 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 Jalapeño (medium)finely chopped
2 tbs Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
1/4 - 1/2 cup Ketchup

1 lb Flank Steak
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Large White Onion


Instructions

Marinade -
Mix the following ingredients in a medium prep. bowl;
1 Lime squeezed
2 tbs Chili Powder
1 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 Jalapeño (medium)finely chopped
2 tbs Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
1/4 - 1/2 cup Ketchup

Marinate the flank steak for 30 min to 1 hour in freshly prepared marinade. Slice onion, red and green bell pepper.

Grill vegetables on open grill.
Grill Steak and until medium rare. Let stand for 5 min. and slice in 1/4 strips and serve with warmed tortillas (on the grill or stove top).
