Ideal Mealz Pacific Rim Salmon

A easy, healthy and quick way to prepare Salmon"


2 fresh salmon fillets (about 5 ounces each)
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper


Place all dry ingredients in small bowl and mix together.
Sprinkle mixture onto both sides of salmon.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until very hot. Remove skillet away from heat source and spray with non-stick spray.
Return skillet to heat and add fish. Allow salmon to cook undisturbed for 2 1/2 minutes. Turn and cook second side for 2 minutes.
Cover, remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes while you complete other preparations for your meal.
Plate, garnish with lemon or lime wedge and serve.
