Brisket in the OvenUser Submitted Recipe
4 lb Brisket
3 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
1 Large Bottle Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Can Beef Broth
Sprinkle brisket with Garlic Salt. Mix remaining ingredients to make marinade. Pour over meat in large casserole dish. Let marinate for 24 hours fat side up in refrigerator.
Remove and bake @ 300 degrees for 5 hours.
