Slow cooker barbecueUser Submitted Recipe
-4-5 pound Boston Butt or shoulder roast (pork)
-bottle of favorite barbecue sauce
-12 oz can of Diet Coke
Place roast in slow cooker. Pour barbecue sauce over meat. Pour Coke around edges so as not to wash sauce from meat. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred meat with forks and return to sauce in cooker for about 30 minutes. Serve on buns.
