Grilled Rib-Eye Steaks

Need a side dish? Prepare the Roasted Potato Skewers (recipe listed under Sides ) while grilling your steaks. Start with the potatoes and then after 15 minutes of cooking time, start cooking the steaks. "


2 boneless rib-eye steaks (about 8 to 10 ounces each)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, divided
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided


Preheat the Cuisinart® Griddler® Grill Centro, fitted with the grill plate, to High. Coat each steak with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with the salt and pepper. Once the grill has preheated, for 10 minutes, place the steaks on the hot grill plate. Grill the steaks 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
