Ingredients
2 Boxes (8 Cups) Macaroni
2 Lbs Ground Beef
2 Large Jars Spaghetti Sauce (About 28 Oz Per Jar)
2 Cups Creamy Cottage Cheese
2 Packages Cream Cheese (8 Oz Each)
4 Oz Sour Cream
Green Pepper
Onion
Garlic
If Vegetarian, Omit Beef. (It Still Tastes Great!)
Instructions
•Cook macaroni
•brown ground beef with 2/3 cup chopped onion and 1 clove chopped garlic / drain off oil. add spaghetti sauce & simmer.
•mix softened cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream together. Mix in 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1/2 cup green pepper.
•layer this way:
1/2 of the noodles
1/2 of the sauce
All of the cheese mixture
1/2 of the noodles
1/2 of the sauce
•sprinkle top with parmesan cheese
•bake at 350 for 1 hour
