Ingredients

3/4 pound of chicken breast tenders
1/2 onion
2 stalks of celery diced
1 package of Sazon seasoning
2 teaspoons of canola oil
1 teaspoon of taco seasoning
1 cup of mild salsa
grated Mexican blend cheese
1 pound of pasta

Instructions

in your food processor place the chicken, onion and sazon flavoring. Process til ground up. Place in your skillet with the diced celery and sautee until the chicken is done. Add taco seasoning and the salsa mix well.
while your chicken is cooking cook your pasta, drain when done.
Mix all together and serve top with the grated Mexican blend cheese.
