QUICHE LORRAINE

Ingredients

2 - 9" deep shells
1 tsp. dry mustard, pepper to taste
1 lb. bacon pre-fried
1 envelope "knorr Swiss" Leek soup mix
6 oz shredded swiss or mozarella cheese
1/2 cup of half & half
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs slightly beaten


Instructions

Bake shells at 450F for 7 mins. Remove from oven. Reduce temperature to 325F
Combine soup & milk. Cook stirring constantly, until thick and boiling.
Cool slightly. Stir eggs, cheese and other ingredients. Top with bacon.
Bake for 1 hr., or until browned and puffy. Knife inserted in center comes out clean
