Crockpot - Chicken & Salsa

Quick and easy dish for cold days."


3 to 4 lg. boneless chicken breasts
3 cans Northern white beans - drained & rinsed
1 c. salsa
1 c. water
1 med. chopped onion
1 lg. can green chilies, diced (or two 4oz. cans)
1/2 c. grated cheese


Put all ingredients in crockpot and turn on high for 4 hours. After 4 hrs. shred chicken and stir in another 1/2 c. cheese. To serve, crunch up tortillas chips on top, add avocado, sour cream or more cheese. You can also serve with corn or flour tortillas on the side.
