“
This Pork Roast is so delicious served with gravy made with white wine mixed into drippings left in the roasting pan (no flour or corn starch needed) and served with roasted oven white potatoes-
(peeled, cut into small pieces and garlic salt with fresh chopped rosemary added) which can be cooked at same time as roast!"

Ingredients
3-4 lb Pork Loin Roast
3 cloves garlic
4 springs fresh rosemary
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Tie roast if needed, best prepared on a spit (but not necessary) chop up garlic, mix with salt and pepper and chopped rosemary, add 3 tablespoon olive oil -mixed together and rub all over outside roast
Put in 500 oven for 15 minutes, then turn oven to 350 & cook. 15min per lb.
(internal temp 155) Take out of oven.
Let rest 10 min under a foil tent. Slice thin...
Great next day for sandwiches!
