Ingredients
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
4 oz Russian Dressing
1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
6 Oz Apricot Preserves
Instructions
1. Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish.
2. In small bowl, mix Russian Dressing, Onion Soup Mix, and Apricot Preserves with approximately 2 Tbls of water.
3. Pour over chicken.
4. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until tender.
