Creamy Tomato and Artichoke Gnocchi


2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 - 14.5 can diced tomatoes, do not drain
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped,
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 - 16 oz package gnocchi


Heat the oil in sauté pan over medium heat, add garlic and saute until golden. Add tomatoes, artichokes, oregano and basil. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Fill a large pan halfway with water and bring to boil, add gnocchi and cook 3-4 minutes or until gnocchi floats to the top.
Remove saucepan from stove and stir in cream cheese. Return to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
