Seared Ahi Tuna

with a horseradish cream sauce
Want a fresh, flavorful, vibrant, new way to eat tuna? Try this recipe it will be a sure way to impress anyone who you serve it too."


2 6oz Fresh Ahi Tuna steaks
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 tsp horseradish
1/2 cup sour cream
pinch of cayenne pepper or to taste
1tsp soy sauce
a few walnuts
one avocado quartered


Add salt, and pepper to both sides of the tuna steaks.

Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to a saute pan on high heat.

Place a tuna steak in the pan searing it on both sides for only 30seconds then remove from pan and set aside "this will cook it rare if you like your tuna medium cook for 45 - 60 seconds on each side"

Add horseradish, sour cream, cayenne soy sauce and salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk until incorporated.

Slice the tuna about 1 inch think and place onto a place. Add the sauce around the plate in a half moon shape then add a few avocado slices, walnuts to the plate and serve.
