Curry Turkey Burgers

Turkey Burgers


1 lb. Ground turkey
1 1/2 cups diced onions
1garlic clove minced
2 sprigs fresh oregano chopped fine
1/2 tsp. Fine chopped Rosemary
1 1/2 tsp ground curry powder
2 tbs. Olive oil


Add oil to pan and sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and sauté 2 more minutes. Add herbs and curry powder cook for about 2 minutes. Let this mixture cool.

Add mixture to ground turkey and form patties. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill burgers on med low for about 10 min. 5 on each side or until cooked through. Serve with curry mayo.
