Coq Au Vin - FondueUser Submitted Recipe
You can use the meat of choice.
Steak, Chicken, lobster, Shrimp are a few we used.
4 Cups Beef Broth
2 Tbsp Garlic
2 Green Onions sliced
1 1/2 cups Merlot
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 Cup whole Mushrooms
Add all ingredients ( Except meats and Whole Mushrooms)
Bring to a slow boil on 6 Temp setting.
Once simmering put on 3 and add whole mushrooms.
Put meat on skewers and start fonduing.
Seafood takes a minute, steak and Chicken a few more...cook to liking.
You can make your own sauces with cream cheese and Teriyaki sauces for dipping.
